  We do not offer any free trials or refunds for the ORB software, given its digital nature.
  
  However, if you find that the software doesn't fit your trading style, you can easily cancel your subscription from your "My Account" section. Your subscription will be set to expire automatically at the end of your billing period.

• How long will the launch discount pricing be available?

  The launch discount pricing is a special offer for early adopters who are enthusiastic about exploring new technology.
  
  If that sounds like you, take advantage of this offer early, as we are capping the discount to the first 100 members.

• What are the requirements to run the ORB software?

  The ORB software is a web-based application, which means there are no specific hardware requirements.
  
  All you need is a stable internet connection and a modern web browser like Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, Mozilla Firefox, etc. to access and use the software.

• Can I backtest other strategies besides the Opening Range Breakout?

  The ORB software is specifically designed to support the Opening Range Breakout strategy.
  
  While it offers a powerful backtesting engine and live scanner tailored for ORB trading, it is not intended for backtesting other strategies at this time.

• How far back does the historical data go for backtesting?

  The ORB software currently provides 2 years of historical data for backtesting, with 1-minute candlesticks. This allows you to thoroughly analyze and optimize your ORB strategy, for whichever markets you trade.
  
  We will be expanding the historical data from 2-years to 5-years soon.

• What markets and timeframes does the software support?

  The ORB software supports over 10,000+ stocks/ETFs, including the most popular markets (ie. SPY, QQQ, TSLA, AAPL, MSFT, AMD, etc.).
  
  All symbols offer the flexibility to backtest and scan 5-minute, 15-minute, and 30-minute opening ranges. This range of options allows you to choose the best timeframe that aligns with your trading style and preferences.

• How do I report any bugs?

  If you encounter any bugs or issues with the software, you can report them through our website here.
